Last Updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MiloTree LLC collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use MiloTree, purchase a subscription, create sales pages, collect leads, sell products or services, interact with MiloTree Pop-Ups, use MiloTreeCart, communicate with us, or otherwise use our products and services.
In this Privacy Policy, “MiloTree,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MiloTree LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “Service” means the MiloTree website, MiloTreeCart, MiloTree Pop-Up, lead-generation tools, sales-page tools, checkout tools, customer-management tools, templates, dashboards, software, support, and related products and services.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Service. 7. MiloTree Pop-Up and GDPR Data Protection Statement
MiloTree Pop-Up is designed to help website owners display pop-ups that link visitors to the website owner’s selected social media accounts, videos, lead magnets, or other destinations.
MiloTree Pop-Up is designed to minimize visitor tracking. The MiloTree Pop-Up itself does not use MiloTree cookies to track visitors across websites, does not build behavioral profiles of pop-up viewers, and is not designed to collect or store personal information about visitors who merely view a page containing a MiloTree Pop-Up.
When a visitor interacts with a MiloTree Pop-Up, such as by clicking a video, button, link, social profile, or other destination, the visitor may connect to MiloTree’s servers or to third-party platforms selected by the website owner. Those third-party platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
MiloTree Pop-Up is designed not to store full IP addresses or use cookies to profile visitors. However, standard transient technical logs, security logs, content-delivery logs, hosting logs, or diagnostic records may be created by infrastructure providers or systems used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, or operate the Service. We use such information only for operational, security, diagnostic, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
If you operate a website using MiloTree Pop-Up, you are responsible for your own privacy policy, cookie notice, consent practices, and compliance with laws that apply to your website and visitors.
You may include language similar to the following in your own privacy policy, if accurate for your implementation:
“We embed MiloTree pop-ups on some of our websites. These pop-ups are operated by MiloTree LLC, 3801 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Suite E240-607, Austin, TX 78746, USA. MiloTree Pop-Up is designed to avoid tracking visitors. The pop-up itself does not use MiloTree cookies to track visitors across websites and is not designed to collect or store personal information about visitors who merely view a page containing the pop-up. If you click a MiloTree Pop-Up, video, button, social link, or other destination, you may be connected to MiloTree’s servers or to third-party platforms selected by us. Those third-party platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. For more information, please review MiloTree’s Privacy Policy at https://milotree.com/privacy-policy/.”

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized mechanisms.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, operate our business, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, support users, and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason we collected it, the nature of your relationship with us, legal requirements, operational needs, backup schedules, dispute needs, tax and accounting obligations, and fraud-prevention requirements.
If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information where required by law, subject to exceptions. We may retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, complete transactions, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or preserve legitimate business records.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. If you make a request on behalf of someone else, we may require proof that you are authorized to act for that person.
Some information may not be subject to deletion or access rights, including information we need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
If your information was collected through a MiloTree user’s page, form, product, checkout, pop-up, or customer-management tool, we may direct you to that MiloTree user when the request relates to that user’s own customer relationship or legal responsibilities.
