BigCommerce has two store types, the older legacy Blueprint template, and the new Stencil template. We have install instructions for both store templates.

BigCommerce Stencil Install Instructions

  1. Log into your account at BigCommerce
  2. Click on “Storefront” in the menu on the left side
  3. Click on “Script Manage” in the menu on the left side
  4. Click the “Create a Script” button
  5. In the “Name of script” text box, give it a name like: MiloTree Pop-up
  6. Leave all settings at their default except “Script Type”. Change that to Script
  7. Copy and paste the MiloTree code snippet from your MiloTree Install page into the “Script contents” box.
  8. Click “Save”

BigCommerce Blueprint Install Instructions

  1. Log into your account at BigCommerce
  2. Click  “Settings” in the bottom of the menu on the left side
  3. Click “Design” in the “Store Setup” column
  4. Click the “Edit HTML/CSS” button
  5. Copy and paste your script tag below above the line that says: “</body>”
  6. Click “Save” in the top left
  7. Click “Close” in the top left
