DAY 1: Pick your 1:1 CONSULTING OR COACHING SERVICE and set it up in MiloTreeCart

- (DOWNLOAD) Use our 1:1 Coaching or Service Idea Worksheet to help you decide what service to sell.
- (SET UP) Add your service details (name and price) in your dashboard
- (SET UP) Set up your Sales Page using our fill-in-the-blank template and our Sales Page Glossary of Words. You can see a step-by-step tutorial here.
- (SET UP/CONNECT) Set up or connect your Stripe account to MiloTreeCart so you can collect credit card payments. Once this is done, your sales page is ready to go! Woo hoo! ?
DAY 2: Set up your ZOOM and CALENDLY accounts
- (SET UP) If you plan to host your sessions on Zoom, make sure you have a paid account.
- (SET UP) In “Settings” ⇒ “Recording” make sure your session is set to record “automatically in the cloud”, so you can share it afterwards with your customer.
- (SET UP) Set up your Calendly account and add your consulting or coaching service details.
- (SET UP) Connect your Calendly to your Zoom so that when someone books in your Calendly, they automatically receive the link to the Zoom meeting.
DAY 3: Set up your EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER
- (SET UP) If you don’t have one, sign up for an email service provider. (our favorite: MailerLite, where you get your first 1,000 subscribers free)
- (SET UP) In your email service provider, set up a special “tag” or “group” for your customers.
- (SET UP) In your MiloTreeCart dashboard, click on the “Product Details” button next to your product. In the nav bar, click on the “Email Integration” link. Connect your email service to MiloTreeCart. (if your email service is not listed, reach out to me at jillian@milotree.com). Click on the list/tag/group you set up, so your customers’ email addresses are automatically added and given that tag. Watch a step-by-step tutorial here.
- (SET UP) IMPORTANT: Set up your “Thank You for Purchasing” email as an automation. Use your tag or group as the trigger. This way this email will be sent immediately to your customers, with any info they’ll need for the session and a link to your Calendly
DAY 4: Time to START SELLING!

- (SALES EMAIL) Send sales email 1 to your list

DAY 5: SELLING and PROMOTING

- (GO LIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA) On your favorite social media platform, talk about the problem you’re solving, and paint a picture of the solution your service provides
- (SHARE A TIKTOK OR REEL) Talk about the problem you’re solving, and paint the picture of the solution your service provides
DAY 6: SELLING and PROMOTING
- (SALES EMAIL) Send sales email 3 to your list

edit text, add your images.)
- (SHARE A TIKTOK OR REEL) Talk about the problem you’re solving, and paint a picture of the solution your service provides
DAY 7: Last day SALES PUSH!
- (SALES EMAIL) Send sales email 4 to your list
– (SOCIAL MEDIA POST) Using Canva template 4, post graphic on your 2 favorite social media platforms (Customize colors,
edit text, add your images.)
- (GO LIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA) On your favorite social media platform, talk about the problem you’re solving, and paint a picture of the solution your service provides
- (SHARE A TIKTOK OR REEL) Talk about the problem you’re solving, and paint a picture of the solution your course provides
- (FINAL SALE EMAIL) Send sales email 5 during the final hours of your sales window to let your audience know the opportunity is ending.
WRAP UP – CUSTOMER OUTREACH
- Over the next few days, reach out personally to a few of your customers to thank them for buying.
- If they like your product, ask for a 1-2 sentence testimonial that you can use in your marketing going forward. Make them your VIPs!
- Tell them about the next digital product and offer them a discount.
